What to Expect & Booking Terms

 

Santa is set to visit Coach House Coffee in Kilmacthomas Co.Waterford for his second visit to KringleTown, Ireland's Newest Christmas Village... for a much more unique experience!

 

KringleTown is giving the gift of Santa Claus to this years visitors of KringleTown with a revised theme for 2023!

 

The KringleTown team have been busy designing a unique express Santa Experience, located in our custom built space to the rear of the Coach House Coffee premises. As visitors enter our changed Experience for 2023, they will feel like they have entered a magical Christmas Village.

 

Meander through Santa’s Ice Palace, Meet Santa in is very special room, children will receive a gift from the Elves to take home and each family will also get a high quality 6" X 8" Photo.

 

Dates: Santa KringleTown for a select number of dates. As each family group will enter on their own for their time slot, each visit is sensory friendly. We can accommodate any special sensory requirements out of hours by request.

Bookings: Each family will be assigned a five minute slot to meet with Santa for a private family session (max 6persons per family bubble). Please book your ticket slot based on the number of children attending at that time, adults do not require a ticket . PLEASE ARRIVE FIVE MINUTES BEFORE YOUR ENTRY TIME for registration to Santa only (no sooner or later please as early or late admissions will not be accepted in order to allow for social distancing). Please consider arriving prior to your entry time for use of the Café, Restaurant, Market Stalls & Fairground Ride as these outdoor activities begin to close from 7.00pm.

 

Ticket Prices: Tickets are priced from €25.00+booking fee for one child / €7.50 Per Adult, see booking link for prices and availability. This year sees a tiered ticketing pricing offering reduced per head ticket prices for larger families. Please book your slot per family as the photo is required, grouping families into the one 5min slot (i.e. brothers, sisters, nephews, nieces etc...), will offer less time for photos and the opportunity for Children to speak with Santa Claus. The 5min window with Santa will be enforced in order to keep the time slots running smoothly throughout the event.

Booking Terms:  Strictly NO REFUNDS on ticket sales due to capacity limits, we sell out our dates in their entirety. Date/time changes are granted at the discretion of management subject to availability and may carry an administration charge (€10.00) which must be prepaid online. here.

NOTE: Bookings for this event are made with Momentum Events Limited who are the operators of this event. Please note you will leave www.kringletown.ie and make this booking directly with Momentum Events via their ticketing partner Ticket Source.

Terms and Conditions of Booking

 

The Terms and Conditions set out below outline the usage policy governing the "KringleTown Santa Visit''. By agreeing to purchase tickets all visitors agree to comply with the Terms and Conditions.

 

  • All sales on tickets are final and no refunds are permitted

  • If you require transferring your tour date/time, an administration fee of €10.00 applies. Please note that date/time changes operate on a request basis and depend on availability. A change submission must be made here up to 72hrs prior to your original scheduled date. This email should include booking reference number, name, daytime contact number and reason for cancellation.

  • All tickets must be booked and paid for in advance.

  • Tickets can be booked on-line by debit or credit card and once a transaction is completed, a confirmation email will be sent to you with details of your purchase and ticket information. This email accounts for you ticket so please ensure that your email address is entered correctly as to avoid the non – receipt of your ticket.

  • Please note that this is a live booking system and ticket availability will decrease according as they are booked.

  • All members of a group booked on the same booking/ticket will visit Santa as a group within the 5min slot. If you are accompanying another family or group, but would prefer your own family meet with Santa, please make two separate bookings five minutes apart (one for each group wanting a private meet with Santa)

  • Tickets are priced as follows: Adults - €7.50, Children from €25.00. All Children’s prices include Santa Visit, Free Photo & Free Gift. Our Covid Response of Free Adults has been terminated for 2022.

  • Photos are free mementos as part of the visit taken by Santa's Little Elves NOT PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY. Should you require a professional photography session, Santa Claus & The Grotto Space may be booked for a private session with clients to arrange their own photographer.

  • On-line bookings fees are applied to all bookings at < 5% (approx €1.50 per entrant) for online facility + card payment solution fees

  • Please ensure to be at the Santa's Grotto approximately 5 minutes prior to the commencement of your allocated time slot. Please allow extra time during bad weather and peak traffic times. If you arrive late for your visit, we regret to say, that we cannot allow you to partake in the visit and no refund will be issued.

  • The extended outdoor activities including our market stalls & fairground ride which do not form part of the KringleTown Santa Visit specifically are optional & weather dependent. If you wish to utilise these, we advise arriving prior to your entry time to allow sufficient time prior to 7.00pm closing. All market stands are independent & operate at peak hours only & not in inclement weather. 

  • Please ensure to bring the ticket for your tour either printed or displaying on a smartphone.

  • All Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times throughout the visit.

  • Please note that buggies and pushchairs are not permitted in the Santa's Grotto for safety reasons, we provide a covered area for buggy storage prior to entering the building. Please ensure no valuable are left unattended.

  • The booking is for a family experience and operates a very strict no-smoking policy. The Management reserves the right to refuse entry to individuals, or remove those who are currently on the experience if they are found to be acting inappropriately and making other customers feel uncomfortable.

  • It is our main priority to ensure that the experience is enjoyable for everyone, however, we accept no liability for distress or disappointment caused by any of the role-playing characters (Santa, Mrs Claus, Santa's Elves etc...)

  • Santa Claus is extremely busy at this time of year, hence we cannot guarantee the Santa used in our advertising campaigns will be the same Santa you meet on your visit.

  • Mrs.Claus is not advertised as part of this experience as her attendance cannot be guaranteed during her break periods, as with some of the Elves.

  • Video cameras are not allowed on the visit. We allow the use of cameras during the visit for the taking of photographs of children that are under your own supervision. Photographs taken of other children is strictly prohibited. We do not supervise the taking of non professional photography and we cannot be held responsible if you or the children under your supervision are in other customers photographs, although every effort will be made to prevent this.

  • The Management may carry out professional photography and videography recordings on some of the dates for future promotional purposes.

  • Management reserves the right to cancel or postpone the experience without notice for any reason. In the unlikely event of this happening, you will be offered the option of a refund or re-book for another event date. We will hold no further, or other, liability whatsoever for the cancellation or postponement of an event including, but not limiting to travel costs, scheduled time off from employment, emotional distress, disappointment etc. Customers will be notified in any such instances.

 

By booking the KringleTown Santa's Grotto', you are in agreement with the terms and conditions outline. In attending the event, the ticket purchaser declares that they do so taking all the necessary safety precautions as to not put themselves, the event staff, other members of the public and the event management at risk.
